Start with one process
HILOS is intended for business owners and managers considering AI in everyday operations.

The starting point is one real process: how a customer request is handled, how an order moves towards delivery, or how a document is reviewed.

Before choosing tools, we examine where work stalls, what information is available, who is responsible, and what needs to be checked.
What we examine
Together, we clarify:

The purpose and boundaries of the process.

The information available and the gaps that need checking.

Who performs each step and who has authority to decide.

What AI could prepare or recommend.

Which actions require human approval.

What should happen when information is missing, a deadline is missed, or an error occurs.

AI is considered where it serves a clear purpose. The review may also identify improvements to responsibilities, procedures, or existing tools.
How the review works
You describe one process and provide a suitable example without confidential or personal data.

I prepare a structured description, separating confirmed facts from assumptions and open questions.

You or the person responsible for the process checks that description.

Together, we identify possible control points and questions that must be resolved before you decide on a next step.
What the review produces
A concise working note covering the process, responsibilities, information gaps, potential uses of AI, and proposed human review points.

This supports your decision about whether further work is justified. It does not commit you to software development or implementation.
About the project
I am Nail Aptikeev, the author of HILOS — Human-in-the-Loop Operating System.

I am developing HILOS as a methodology and working structure for the controlled use of AI in business processes. My focus is on responsibilities, evidence, limits on AI actions, and human decision-making.

HILOS is under development. It is not an off-the-shelf software platform, and no implementation or business outcome is guaranteed.
Discuss one business process
Briefly describe the process, where the difficulty occurs, and your role in it. We can then clarify whether an initial review would be useful.

Please do not send personal data, confidential documents, or sensitive business information in your first message.
